That’s why we base our training around flexible, effective and affordable training packages. Whether you need the guidance and support of a personal trainer or prefer to train by yourself, our programs will guide you through your transformation, every step of the way.

All our clients start with a 1 to 1 consultation, during which we assess where you currently are in terms of health and fitness, whilst looking forwards to where you want to be. This lets us make the best recommendations for how you can hit your goals, though of course you’re free to choose whatever works for you.

Group Personal Training Sessions

It’s proven that working towards your goals with other people makes you far more likely to stick to your goals. Having a partner or peer group holds you to your promises, increases the chances that exercise will become a long term lifestyle choice, and can actually make you work harder, leading to more effective workouts and better long term health. 

Plus, group sessions can help spread the cost between the members, and they’re honestly a whole lot of fun.

Meal Planning

Healthy eating is a fundamental part of fitness, and the correct nutrition can make or break your chances of reaching your goals.

The best method for getting results is to have a meal plan to stick to, knowing  when and what to eat can make a dramatic difference to your training and your mental state.

At MICASH Fitness, we do the hard work for you, creating a targeted meal plan that will get you closer to your goals. Our instructors have experience in every aspect of fitness, from general health to intense bodybuilding training for competition.

The Transformational Program

Do you have a special event coming up that you absolutely need to look your best for? Maybe there’s a wedding and you absolutely have to drop 10lbs, or you have an upcoming competition and need to put the final polish on your physique.

If so, our transformational program is an intense and comprehensive plan that walks you through everything you need to do to hit your goals.

Your personal plan will be designed specifically to take you from exactly where you are right now, and aim you directly at where you want to be. Once you’re moving towards your goals, our trainers will be with you every step of the way, providing encouragement and making sure that you’re on track, no matter what it takes.

This program includes:

  • Three or four one on one sessions per week
  • Food and nutritional advice
  • Weekly tracked weigh ins
  • Constant monitoring and goal setting
  • Support and motivation via emails or text messages
